Bournemouth have told Leicester and all the other clubs interested in David Brooks that they will have to fork out a staggering £50m to prize the forward away from Dean Court.
Having suffered relegation last season, the Cherries have been preparing for a player fire sale with three of their star first team players already departing in Callum Wilson, Nathan Ake and Aaron Ramsdale. Jordon Ibe has also departed.
Unfortunately for the south coast side, they aren't the only members of the squad who could be set for an exit, with a trio of sides keeping tabs of Brooks. The Welshman was out for the vast majority of last season with an ankle injury, only returning to the first team fold on matchday 30. It came off the back of an impressive debut season for the club, hence why Leicester are joined by Spurs and Manchester United in registering an interest.
It'll cost them, though. The Sun claim the Cherries have informed tempted suitors that they will need to cough up a whopping £50m if they are to secure their man.
In United's case, Brooks has been earmarked - whether rightly or wrongly - as a potential alternative to Jadon Sancho, while for Tottenham, he could come in to add competition for Lucas Moura.
Leicester already boast good numbers in wide areas, but Brendan Rodgers is keen to avoid a repeat of last season's slip-up, when they relinquished a top four spot having previously been touted as potential title challengers.
Josh King is another player who could leave Dean Court and is said to be more expendable for Jason Tindall than Brooks. He's supposedly of interest to Spurs, Aston Villa, Fulham and Everton, and is available for around £15m.
