After opting for a move for money Hulk has now supposedly seen that a move for money is not his best option.
His agent Teodoro Fonseca has now made it public that 2 Big Premier League clubs have enquired about him, which has lead to a link with Tottenham again.
Hulk had a very successful time under AVB at Porto and reports are suggesting that Hulk would happily link up with AVB again. The issue as ever would be the wages and his transfer fee.
So the question is if we have enquired about him are we aware what we would have to offer to capture such a player as Hulk (in a transfer fee as well as wages)?
Hulk was bought for £48million and at 26 Zenit would expect a large chunk of that back, so you would imagine a figure of £30million+. So although it would be a dream move (the potential of an all Brazilian line-up with Damiao), the price I feel is far too high for us to even enter the start of the race.
Either way there is nothing wrong with dreaming about this move and who knows stranger things have happened (like the purchase of Khumalo or Rasiak)!
