I can't complain about Sandro as he currently has the most interceptions in the league, but its the grit and never quit mentality that Parker brings that we have missed.
AVB certainly seems to agree with me as he has already come out and made it clear that Parker will not be leaving the Lane in January.
"We don't doubt his ability and his qualities. He is a player we trust and rate very highly. That is not even a consideration. I think at the moment he is focused on getting back."
Talking further about Parker and the squad AVB added;
"There is competition, but we have not been able to rest as much as we had wanted," Villas-Boas said. "The more options the better for me."
This is good news for the fans as we know that Parker and Sandro would be a formidable partnership.
