Now AVB has responded to all the comments and simply mad outcry form many figures that have never been in the position to have to make these types of decisions.
"I stand by the decision I took and I stand by the decision made by my medical staff," said AVB. "They did everything by the book."
"A couple of people used this as an opportunity to get some publicity. They have no experience on the pitch of these situations.
"It is not comparable to NFL or rugby. It is not comparable to [Chelsea goalkeeper] Petr Cech. It astonishes me that it is trying to be put in the same mode as these situations."
Simply a well said is needed for AVB.
Lloris said he was fine, anything serious would have been noticed by our highly experienced medical staff. I do not like to bring it up, but look at the Muamba incident, no other medical staff has had to cope with something like that and luckily Muamba they were there.
If anyone is qualified to give the decision it was our medical staff that gave the all clear, so what's the problem?
People love the chance to get a bit of exposure for all the wrong reasons.
