AVB see's getting 16 points from the remaing 24 points as a cert for 4th. I feel that 74 is the magic number for me. Yes I realise that it means we can only drop 4 points, however I don't think 16 points will be enough.
To get a draw against Chelsea and City is achievable, but it's winning the "lesser games". Everton I think we will win, but its the home games like Sunderland and Southampton that generally pose us the problems.
If we truly want to prove a point only 4 points can be dropped and that will give us the boost and leave the ghost of seasons past to rest. A strong finish is what the doctor ordered and although others will tell me I'm mad, I am certain 74 plus points is what will guarantee 4th.
