Well I would like to know why this is. Surely if Mr Herbert is in the right about this he would have pressed ahead with his utterly ridiculous crusade that no one considers to be racism.
Once again I must ask Mr Herbert to respond to why he believes the term "Yid" is truly offensive as the definition clearly states that it must be used to offend or in a derogatory fashion. However if you are calling yourself something, how should you be held liable for racism? If I declare myself part of the "Yid Army" as do other fans is this an offense?
I think that Mr Herbert should concentrate on the true issues at hand. This is a poor excuse to get your society and name in the headlines in hope that it may be an easier fight to win; than the true racist offenses happening in our stadiums.
The reason that this is a black day for the Black Lawyers Society though is that Mr Herbert is taking a step back rather than admit that he is in the wrong.
As there has been no response from Mr Herbert and no response from Jewish fans that are offended by this term I must declare Mr Herbert a poor spin doctor and that this is merely a poor excuse for obtaining media coverage, the fact that he refuses to respond to any of this (my open letters or other articles) strengthens the case I have put forward.
Anyway as the guy infuriates me so much I think that its important to allow other Spurs fans to see his racist antics against 1. Tottenham Football fans and 2. The Jewish community. Maybe I should lodge a complaint against him?
