AVB has confirmed not 1, not 2, but 3 key players that he is expecting back from injury to face Swansea.
Benni, Parker and Bale will all be expected to make the squad for the first of our remaining 2 home games this year.
This could not have come at a better time. There has been no news on Dawson so the return of fitness for Benni is great news. I certainly welcome him back into the team. It means that Vertonghen can play in the middle with Caulker and leave Gallas out.
Parker coming back into the team means that he and Sandro can play just in front of the back 4 and allow the likes of Dembele to control the pace and distribution (it would even help Dembele get forward more).
Finally with Bale back in the side (hopefully after his needed rest) we have a very balanced side.
1 Person that is forgotten is Adebayor. He will return for this game, so we will certainly have a lot of competition coming back into the side and at the right time as well.
