Looking at the scoresheet last night I would forgive you for thinking he is a rising star, but it seems that he has struggled to replicate any form to warrant even 2 starts in a row for Tottenham, let alone being a regular included in the match squads.
For me he has had four failed loans and at the age of 20 I would have expected a lot more. Most recently his loan to Leicester saw a tally of just 2 goals in 14 games! For a striker this is poor.
I like the guy and I am sure that he could do the job for another team, but he is simply not capable of holding a place IMHO.
What are your thoughts Spurs fans?
I think two of his goals last night were very fortunate, however his third was good. There's just a lot missing to make him great, maybe its confidence.
