Mousa has been the second best player in the squad (according to statistics) and his absence was seen clearly.
Don't get me wrong we have a squad capable of filling his space, but not fill his shoes.
It is very likely that he will be fit for the game and it was a close call, but for the club to come out and state he will have a late fitness test says it all for me, look at what has happened with Gareth and JD.
In terms of the line up I expect to see a similar startting 11 to the Wigan game:
Lloris
Walker Vertonghen Dawson Naughton
Parker Huddlestone
Lennon Dembele Bale
Defoe
The main difference being that I expect Lennon to come into the starting line up.
There are sources that state Dembele is fit, so don't panic for tomorrow's game expect to see Mousa engineering the midfield with Lennon and Bale setting the wings a light.
