Lloris- Worth the wait

I can only guess that Hugo was not aware of Brad?

Either way AVB handled Lloris's transition into the No. 1 slot beautifully (just another side to his genius). Lloris was fraustrated to not walk right in and given his experience and talent anyone would have agreed (especially Deschamps, what an idiot he is). However walking straight into a team in a new league is difficult and over confidence can cause massive issues. Look at De Gea as a prime example.

AVB made sure that Lloris pushed himself in training and then gave him some chances in the Europa league. This meant he had to be on top of his game to show a worthy No. 1 prospect, but it was also to build his confidence and team play.

So when Lloris was told he was now AVB's No.1 I am not surprised that Lloris grabbed his chance with both hands and has not let us down since.

In all Lloris was worth the wait for us as much as it was for himself and IMHO I think it shows just how good a manager we have in AVB as he worked the transition between old to new No. 1 perfectly.

Lloris is my number 1 signing in our transfer window (closely followed by Dembele).
