It was thought that Parker would link back up with Redknapp, however it is not a surprise to me as the midfielder still has his age on his side and that will enable him to continue at this level (premier league).
Although I felt that he was not able to keep his place at Tottenham, he is able to play to a high standard if he is given the support that you can find in a smaller squad. Fulham seems to be famous for this.
I would like to wish Parker well and I am sure the rest of you fans would join me in this.
After 63 appearances it should comes as a surprise that Parker joins the likes of Freund in not scoring a single goal for the club. Injury did not favour Parker and had seen him lose his position to Sandro, however the player was always a true professional and always gave his all in each game.
I agree with the move for the player and the club and hope that we do not come up against Parker in the coming Fulham games.
