Rotten to the core

It seems the one league win in the last eight games was in fact a blip in a poor second half to the season. Spurs senior players are coming out saying there is no crisis but they are completely deluded! The poor run has seen our bitter rivals over take us in the league and now everyone is questioning if we will finish in the top 4 at all!

The time has now come for the players to admit there is a problem, as this is needed in order to move on, lying to the fans is one thing, but lying themselves is a serious issue.

The issues that we have, they have been long outstanding for some time. Central Defender and a decent strike force. Don't get me wrong I love Defoe (but he is not consistent enough, but you can argue its because he is not playing week in week out), Kaboul has been great this season (I have even sung his praises), however he does make a lot of rookie mistakes. Manu by himself up front is not good enough, there is no leader at the back that is playing week in and week out. Why is it that the club, players and manager do not seem to agree?

If we do not qualify for the Champions League it is a complete and utter failure this season, no matter what anyone says. We were in for the title and dropped points, we're then told we are looking to finish 3rd above Arsenal all is fine, now its don't worry we will qualify for the champions league. Whats next don't worry we'll qualify for the Europa League!

Action is needed! As to what I honestly can't say, we failed to land anyone to strengthen the squad and create further challenges for places in January (which we have done for 2 seasons straight now, LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES). Who is to blame... I don't honestly care, what I want is a resolution to this ridiculous display that the team and manager are passing off as football. We all know they are capable of it and they must understand our frustration.

One thing is for sure, forget the FA Cup it doesn't attract new "Worldclass" players or bring in the money to the club, its all about the Champions League.

I hope that the lads can pull their socks up and really show their class and win the last remaining games, if I was Redknapp I would come out and demand it (like Mancini), this will help get the fans back behind the team and that is crucial in turning around the results. Moaning does help, its gets all the issues out in the open, allows the players and manager to see we expect more and then improvement can happen with everyone backing each other.

If you try your best we can see and will back you, but at the moment I would rather put my 3 yr old daughter ahead of many of the players.

So come on lads you see the frustration and know their is a problem get us behind you and show us that this was in fact a blip (taking the whole season into account) and go on and win the remaining games. Show the league that you are not the failures they are seeing you as.

Come On You Spurs!
