Sherwood has too many excuses

Tottenham are joint first in the premier league for goals conceded in within the first 15 minutes.

Sherwood moans that he has no world class players?

He only has 2 players he can trust

Ignores important things, you cannot stop mistakes by not addressing them.

Today there are no excuses for a loss, under any other manager even AVB I would expect a win, but under Tim I have become increasingly concerned.

The recent comment’s he has made highlighted it clearly.

A decent manager with some experience knows NOT to come out and state he cannot trust his squad other than 2 players! He moans that he has 0 world class players, but that it absolute RUBBISH. Soldado and Lamela are fantastic signings, however at what point have we played to their strengths? For example Soldado and Ade against Southampton highlighted Soldado's potential in a 4-4-2. That is the difference, Sherwood does not seem to have a clue, but it will come with experience. There's a lot of stuff that is not Sherwood's fault, but a decent (forget good) manager would not place all that blame everywhere else. A manager must take responsibility. Putting your head in the sand is the worst option. If you are a good manager you can work wonders with a squad without great talent (it is all about team work). With a squad filled with match winners and failure to get the best from them is a bad sign!

Look at Tim's interviews. How many times is he going to say that he's told the team to forget about the mistakes and they won't look over them? Sorry let me get that straight, ignore the poor performances? So don't use them to learn and change things? What an idiot, there is a village wondering where their man has gone (seriously take him back!).

It is a sure sign of a manager that is not particularly bothered and expects for the half season he was in charge not to count when it's going bad (as it's not his team and not his mistakes)? I'm sorry but I have never heard such a load of B.S.

You except the job the squad becomes yours, from that point onwards it's all down to you. Sherwood has not managed to get the best out of his squad and it's because of a lack of organisation and a lack of work on and off the pitch.

For me Sherwood has shown nothing to warrant any further time as the manager than the final 4 games.

Also again you have to question his team selection an tactics. No matter what Kane should NEVER start ahead of a fit Soldado!

As for who will come in... I hope that Levy finally makes the right choice, if not again HE HAS TO GO!

No more mistakes this is it a HUGE game and another loss shows Sherwood is less useful than an umbrella in hurricane!

COYS!!!
