With many fans concerned over the spending at Tottenham and with Roma being in contact over Chiriches you have to ask how in hell Levy has allowed aonther target to be missed!
I am truly concerned as to what this chairman is actually doing on the squad strengthening for his manager that has a team filled with faltering and inconsistent stars!
Seeing this strengthens my case further as to proof that Levy is not doing his job!
