It is expected that the Togo international will leave WHL and has already said his goodbye's (after being given time off for compassionate leave).
Benteke has been pushed into the limelight with goals in the closing half of the season and is odds on to leave. Ade has been seen as the ideal replacement, but the wages will be a massive stumbling block.
1 year left on his contract could see Levy cut a deal with Villa to get him off Spurs books and take a reduced fee (maybe even for free).
I feel this is something that has to be done and will release much needed wages for more interested and committed players.
