Sevilla have been linked with the underperforming striker this summer and reports are out that Sevilla are so keen to sign the forward that they have put Gameiro up for sale.
Last season Gameiro was an integral part of the team that achieved a 5th placed finish in La Liga and a ticket into the Europa League.
Due to the huge factors based on this deal it is unlikely that Sevilla will be moving for Soldado as it all hinges on selling Gameiro on.
Liverpool were linked to the striker, but after landing Benteke you would not imagine them spending more money on another striker with Sturridge and Balotelli still at the club.
There is a small glimmer of hope in that Villarreal have been linked, but with the reports building momentum that Ade is set to leave and Spurs still yet to show signs of signing another striker it is unlikely that Soldado will be allowed to leave.
I fear that another season in the EPL and we can kiss goodbye to getting any of the £26m (supposedly paid).
