We were aware that Defoe was going to be out for a minimum of 3 weeks so he is likely to miss all of the games remaining this month. Once again even with Adebayor back we have been left with a ridiculous striker force!
Now we have the news that Kaboul will be back in full training next week. Altough this has prompted many to say he will be back in time for the Arsenal game it is whether AVB will disrupt the defence that he has begun to build?
One thing for sure is that our defence is stronger than ever, our midfield is holding up well (with Holtby's addition some much needed creativity could fare us very well), but it is a big task for a striker force containing one out and out striker and one youngster not ready for the EPL.
Its good news about Kaboul and I welcome him back, but its different news we needed (like Defoe is fit).
