Tottenham Launch Double Striker Bid

Strikers have been selling quick and fast in the window and Spurs have missed out on numerous targets (if reports are correct).

With a deal for Berahino supposedly stalling (Levy being too tight with his funds), attention has turned to England International Charlie Austin.

Whether this is true is debatable (with Newcastle delaying due to an old shoulder injury), however it would represent a good deal for the club.

You may recall when Tottenham were reportedly looking at Hooper and Celtic were looking at Austin as a replacement I had said at the time that Austin would have been the better option, couple of seasons down the line high double figure goals for both seasons as QPR and now there is an "official" link.

However things will no stop there with Tottenham also linked to NJie at Lyon.

If Soldado and Ade are sold off you could expect to see both deals coming in.

COYS!
