Rumours are beginning to fly thick and fast that the once lightening paced wing wizard Lennon will be leaving the club and more recently links to Everton are coming up.
If I was Lennon no I would want to leave Tottenham for West Brom or Burnley, but of course you would consider Everton, so for him and them this transfer would work.
But I fear that Lennon is not done yet at just 27! I know he has not progressed as we had hoped but he is still a good squad player to have.
For me I would prefer to get rid of Townsend. I know you may think this is crazy, but we would get far more for him and he is more inconsistent and a distinct mirror of lack of progress.
With plenty of youngsters to come through at WHL Lennon surely should stay and others make way?
