Although Adebayor has not been rated at the club since Redknapp's departure (proven in his lack of appearances), I am shocked to see that Ade has been linked with another Premier League side.
I was certain that he would leave for Turkey or the MLS!
Either way I would love to see the back of Ade now as he truly has not done anything to warrant staying at Spurs another season. I thank him for the one good season we had out of him, but do not thank him for the huge circus that has followed since.
It should be no surprise due to the fact that Ade and Sherwood have a good relationship, but with wages as high as his, would it be a waste of time for Tim and Villa? I really couldn't care a less at this point as we need him off our wage bill and a few million from his transfer wouldn't go a miss.
What are your thoughts? Happy to get rid of Ade or do you still believe he is misunderstood?
