Who needs to go?

Everyone is excited about who is coming in, but lets face it, we have a large squad and some players must go!Thanks to Neo who has raised a point that we speak about to our friends, but what do other serious fans think?
I feel that all of the following players must go whether it be sold or loaned to help them grow;
Now firstly lets get one thing straight Gio has been shouted about for years and how he needs to be given a chance. He is not worthy of the chance he was heading for big things at Barcelona (I know I was out there at the time), but guess what? He got too big for his boots and thought that he didn't have to train or put in any effort and commitment. So much so that it began to cause issues within the first team squad. Ramos bought him knowing him to be a good player and thought the change would do him good, but it did not. He has had failed loans at Ipswich and Galatasaray, which shows he is just a drain on the club. Gio was given the opportunity to push on, but at every stage there was no commitment, so he has to go.
Gallas I think has done us well but with Vertonghen coming in we won't need him (plus he was injured for must of last season).
The players for loan may stay in the youth ranks to play in the youth team, however if they have been brought into the first team they need to be loaned out to gain some experience.
If you realistically look at what the above transfers can make and add it to what we should have made from the transfer so far in 2012 we must be looking at £30million at least. With the sales above that will knock 10 off of the first team and with the loans that is another 17 (but I know some of there are definitely youth team members).
What do the rest of you guys & gals think? Seeing the above about Gio do you really think he deserves another chance after wasting 3 already! Would you keep Gomes and give him a chance? Do the faithful Jenas fans want him to stay. Have your say
