Why Adebayor on the bench is not good!

Now ok some may say Defoe warrants his place with 5 goals this season, however ask yourself about some of the guy's misses! Now Caulkers goal against Villa was purely because of Defoe's "just hit it hard and it may go in" attitude was really a joke on the poor guy's first goal for his club! The point that I am making is that Defoe took his chance to stake his claim, but now he is sitting on his hands and relaxed as he thinks he has no competition.

I for one put my neck on the line saying why he warranted his place, however after changing a lot of peoples minds on the guy I now feel embarrassed about singing his praises!

If Adebayor played against Norwich I strongly believe we would have won, which then would have put pressure on Defoe's place.

Defoe now seems to have the attitude that he's is the first choice and there's no debating it. However Adebayor should be the starter and Defoe the super sub. Sitting on the bench is not Ade's style. Now we have one striker that can't be bother (and rightly so on AVB's valuation of him) and another that needs more chances than a kleptomaniac!

It is infuriating for a fan to see talent like Ade wasted on the bench and see a guy that needs competition (whilst a cheeky pat on the head all the time) think he is top dog and start taking his place for granted.

AVB I have trust in you and feel you will get the guys playing well, but come on!

Come on you Spurs!!!!
