Manager Thomas Frank today confirmed the Swedish midfielder’s injury, with the club prioritising immediate concussion protocols.
Bergvall's absence will be a blow to Spurs' midfield depth, particularly with James Maddison and Yves Bissouma already unavailable.
His injury, which occurred following a collision with Enzo Fernández, will now force Frank to reshuffle his line-up for the challenging run of fixtures ahead.
