The highly-rated 18-year-old , who joined the club from Excelsior Mouscron in the summer, has only featured in the Spurs first team once this season, coming on as a second-half substitute in the 2-1 win over Southampton in August.
"It's not that I really want to leave," Blondel told Belgian daily Het Laatste Nieuws.
"But it's difficult for me here. Not only the fact that I cannot play for the first team bothers me, but I don't like the mentality here.
"After the training everybody goes their separate ways."
