Ashley Cole has reportedly told his friends he will leave Arsenal at the end of the season regardless.
After Gunners vice-chairman David Dein disciplined the England full back for the part he played in attending a meeting with Chelsea last season, Cole's attention turned towards finding an exit route from the club.
Cole's agent was last week charged for breaching Arsenal's contract rights when he arranged the controversial meeting.
