Edgar Davids has rejoined Ajax, where he won the Champions League in 1995 during a five-year spell.
The Dutch midfielder made 44 appearances for Tottenham since joining the club from Inter Milan in August 2005. His only goal for the club turned out to be the winner at Wigan in the league last season.
