Michael Dawson has assured supporters the squad isn't jaded after a hectic last month.
He said: "Christmas and New Year was a busy schedule but I think our bodies have got used to it this season, simple as that. Mentally we've been ready for the games as well."
"We travelled down to Portsmouth on the Sunday for Monday's game and it felt like a Friday after a normal week. Personally, I didn't feel tired and was ready to play again."
