ENIC are the majority shareholders of Tottenham and Slavia Praha, with 96 per cent of the Czech outfit and 29.9 per cent of Spurs. Had ENIC owned more than half then under UEFA rules one of the clubs would have needed to drop out of the UEFA Cup after the two clubs were drawn to face each other in the first round of the competition.
