"I had four-and-a-half years with the Under 21s. That was enjoyable but I'm too old now," said Huddlestone.
"The next step is the senior squad so hopefully I'll be able to kick on and get in that squad.
"I've been in the last two preliminary squads but not managed to get in the final 23.
"I'm going along the right path hopefully."
