Iversen stakes his claim

Iversen has been plagued by injury problems all season, but proved he is almost over the abductor problem which has hindered his recent progress by netting Tottenham's opener just before half-time, when he converted from close range after good work from Oyvind Leonhardsen.
Dover levelled through Neil Le Bihan from the penalty spot just after the break before Spurs moved into cruise control.
Iversen completed just over an hour of action to put himself in contention for a place in the squad to face Ipswich on Saturday and just before his departure the Norwegian laid on a chance for skipper John Piercy who fired home.
Iversen's replacement, the highly-rated John Sutton, put Spurs 3-1 in front when he pounced on Ghyslain Vedeux's shot which had been saved by Dover stopper Phil Smith before Yannick Kamanan rounded off the scoring with the fourth in the closing stages.
