Kanoute may play this week

David Pleat has announced that Freddie Kanoute could well feature in a reserve team fixture against West Ham this week. Kanoute, who suffered ankle ligament damage on October 19 against Leicester City has been make rapid progress in his quest for full fitness. Clive Allen, the current reserve team coach was quick to point out that Kanoute being involved was not a certainty but was, without a doubt, a possibilty.
