Funds will be distributed to ex-players by an independent panel of trustees, which will include members of the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust.
Klinsman said: "I'm looking forward to it because probably my time at Tottenham was the most emotional and not only successful from a football point of view, but also from the people I met and the friendships that have remained.
"It's a very special club and has very special supporters that gave me a wonderful time in my two spells there and it's going to be great to enter the stadium again."
Glenn Hoddle and Chris Waddle will also feature in the Tottenham team.
