A deal has been agreed between Tottenham and PSV, with Lee set to receive a work permit before the formalities of an official club announcement.
The 28-year-old was part of the PSV side that reached the semi-final stage of the Champions League last season. He also starred in the 2002 World Cup.
Guus Hiddink, the PSV coach told The Sun newspaper today: "It is likely Lee is going to Spurs."
