"I’m not the guy to score 20 goals this season — I want to make that clear," said Davids. "I think I can help lift them but I think they will have to help me out as well because that is how it goes.
"I hope I can bring some good energy to the team and help them bring out their talent on the pitch. I hope that I can bring victories and that we are successful. I also think Martin Jol is the right man to teach me a couple of things," he added.
"Away from home we have to do better. Edgar can help us," said Jol.
