Mido has therefore been relieved of a full four-match ban for the incident involving referee Rob Styles.
He is now available for inclusion in the squad for Tottenham’s next fixture at home to Fulham in the Premiership on Monday night.
Mido missed the next three matches following the incident on August 27, against Liverpool, Aston Villa and Grimsby Town.
