Pascal Chimbonda, along with Steed Malbranque, will follow David Ginola and Stephane Dalmot as Frenchman to have faced Arsene Wenger's Arsenal side in Tottenham colours tomorrow.

The right-back who joined Spurs after a season at Wigan Athletic, said: "This has been a good move for me, I have felt good playing for Tottenham. I've had a smile on my face whenever I have played."

"It was an important win against Wigan (on Sunday) because we needed three points to get into the top half of the Premiership. It gave us confidence for the future."

"Arsenal have been a bit inconsistent this season. In their most recent league home game (1-1 draw) against Newcastle they created lots of chances."

Wigan were the last ever visitors to the Gunners' former home Highbury back in May, a couple of weeks after Spurs picked up their 24th away point of last season.

"We created chances (and led 2-1) but in the end, we had a player sent off (substitute Andreas Johansson) and it was just too difficult for us," added Chimbonda.
