Arsenal were asked to find a way of increasing its allocation at the Emirates stadium to match that which was offered at White Hart Lane (12.2%) but the request was refused last week.
The Football League therefore stated the away allocation of tickets should be equal for both legs, so based upon Arsenal's provision of 5,173 away tickets, Arsenal have only been provided with 3,000 for the first leg this Wednesday.
