Reports: Leeds reject double bid

Last updated : 22 January 2004 By Jonathan Blain
Leeds United have reportedly turned down a £5m bid from Spurs for Paul Robinosn and James Milner. There has been no word from Spurs on whether the rumours are true or even from Leeds themselves. It seems likely that the Elland Road club will have to sell some of their major assets in the next week as the transfer window slams shut, to secure their future. It has been widely reported that Tottenham are in the market to strengthen their squad and with Kasey Keller no spring chicken at 34, Paul Robinson would undoubtedly be a useful addition to the squad.
