Scans For Spurs Duo

Jonathan Woodgate and Aaron Lennon will both undergo scans to determine the extent of the injuries they sustained during the home defeat to Stoke City.Woodgate lasted just fifteen minutes of the match at White Hart Lane on Saturday after a clash of heads with Potters striker James Beattie whilst Lennon left the pitch twards the end of the game remaining with an ankle injury.
Both players will almost certainly not be fit in time for Tuesday night's Carling Cup 4th Round tie agains Barnsley.
"Jonathan took a bad blow to the head and he's gone for a scan today (Monday) to make sure he hasn't fractured his cheekbone," Spurs boss Harry Redknapp as told the club's official website
"His face is very swollen and we have to make sure he's okay. Obviously he's not available.
"Aaron has also gone for a scan to see what damage he's done to his ankle, hopefully it's not to bad and he'll recover."
