Tottenham Hotspur have made a bid for Borussia Dortmund's Matthias Ginter, according to Bilde.
The German club are reportedly willing to sell the 23-year-old centre-back and, while the details of Tottenham's bid is not yet known, it is believed to be in the region of the £15m asking price.
Ginter has two years remaining on his current contract and is on just under £30k per week.
He was part of Germany’s World Cup winning squad in 2014 although he did not play in the tournament.
