Spurs Star can improve

Yesterday was a bitter sweet awards ceremony for Kane. Winning the young player award must have been a great moment, but then surely it was also realisation that he had lost out to Hazard on the senior award.

Don't get me wrong Hazard has been fantastic and the other player that could have won, but it still Kane has won his team more points than any other player in the league. Problem is that Hazard has played consistently well throughout the season, whereas Kane has had some quiet games (yes I HATE to admit that).

The result of the awards is of no surprise to me and you could easily say it was predictable, thus my annoyance that he didn't win, the easier choice was made. Another part of me being patriotic would have liked to have seen an Englishman win it (seems as it is the EPL).

However there is a silver lining for the way this has panned out and that is Kane must push for the senior Player of The Year next year now (coming so close).

The one big thing that is looming over Harry is the prospect of beating the most goals scored by a Tottenham player in the Premier League. A massive 6 goals will need to be scored by Kane in four games!

I do not see the game to Man City this Sunday being an easy game, however this then leaves 3 games. Stoke, Hull and Everton. Again Everton are not an easy team to play especially in the form they are in.

If Kane could do this he would launch himself in to the Tottenham Hall of Fame especially as this is his first full season!

I will be chanting Kane on for the rest of the season and truly hope he can beat Gary's long standing 35 goals.
