UEFA have handed Tottenham a bye through to the UEFA Cup Round of 16.
However, that decision was subject to a possible appeal from Feyenoord to the Court of Arbitration of Sport.
The Dutch outfit was thrown out of the competition last week following ugly crowd scenes at a game in France earlier in the competition.
