Tottenham Unveil New Home & Away Shirts for 2020/21 Season

Tottenham Hotspur have revealed their new home and away kits for the upcoming 2020/21 season, with both strips now available for fans to buy.

Sticking with the club's traditional colour scheme of white and navy blue, Spurs have worked with Nike to create a design which is far more bold and striking than some of the releases of the past few seasons.

The new designs, which can be bought on the club's official online store, have been created to combine the club's history with a modern streetwear feel, with bold colours and eye-catching patterns helping the shirt stand out.

Beginning with the home kit, the shirt featured a knit pattern woven into the shirt which is inspired by graphics from previous shirts. The accents, including club badge, Nike logo and shoulder pads, are navy blue, and the design is finished off with a yellow strike around the collar.

The away shirt takes an even bolder approach. The dark green base is complimented by flashes of yellow and pink, with 'lava glow' pinstripes helping the collar stand out.

For Spurs, creating a new, exciting kit was important, but a focus was also kept on ensuring the strips were environmentally friendly. Both the home and away shirts are made using 100% recycled polyester which is made from plastic bottles.

“They look great," said striker Harry Kane. "The home shirt has that distinct Spurs feel to it with a modern look thanks to all the special touches. As an away kit, this shade of green is a new colour that suits us really well, and the small details also make a big difference.”

Vice President of Nike Football Apparel Scott Munson added: “Tottenham Hotspur’s 2020/21 designs try to capture some of the excitement generated through what has been a momentous time for the Club.

Jose Mourinho's side will wear the kit in the Europa League

“The home kit is a modern take on their traditional identity while the away kit introduces a fresh look inspired by the style and colours of London streetwear.”

Plans for the third kit will be released in due course, but in the meantime, head over to the club's online store to pick up these latest designs.
