Vialli, who was sacked by Watford in June 2002, is currently working as an analyst for a television company in Italy.

"Everyone knows I'm available but I don't like making approaches," the Italian told BBC Radio Five Live.

"If they feel I'm the right man I would be happy to sit down and talk about it.

"I'm available to talk to anyone but I need to get the right offer. I want to work for the right club and the right people.

"It's important to have some understanding with the directors and the chairman and pull in the same direction.

"I'm lucky because I can manage in Italy and England and at the moment I'm happy to be a football analyst.

"I keep an eye on everything that happens in football and hopefully you will soon see me back on the bench managing a team."
