Rennes have annouced that they do not intend to sell M'Vila this late on in the transfer window (leaving themselves no time to replace him).
It comes as a surprise as Dreossi (Rennes manager) has annouced that no official bid has actually been made and only initial enquiries. This is very different to what we were led to believe with news of a bid accepted blasted out onto the internet.
However this is the same stance that Luciano Davi of Internacional took on Damiao, to later state that a bid was received, but it was not enough (it is a tool used to attempt to bargain further). So as always its not what it seems in the world of football.
Either way its getting hot in here, the more the merrier!
