Do we need Yann M'Vila?

I would be surprised if this is the case as although Scott Parker is out short term Sandro and Huddlestone still cover these positions, so why would we need M'Vila?

There are 2 ways this is going to go, either M'Vila is heading to England with someone else or Spurs are about to embark on a transfer supermarket sweep.

My heart would love to see this, but my head says otherwise.

If you look at the previous transfer's in and out over the past 4 seasons you will see the following;

09-10 season after transfers in and out the club made £3.25million

10-11 season after transfers in and out the club spent £17.5million

11-12 season after transfers in and out the club made £25million

12-13season after transfers in and out the club spent £1.5million

So over the past 4 seasons we have made £9.25 million with all transfers in and out, so you can now see from transfer fee's Levy is exceptionally swtiched on and has done very well to balance the books, but he has failed to make the required acquisitions to push the club forward, certainly last season at least.

Big funds are needed and it is widely known that Tottenham had received a large investment from the U.S. so I am confused as to where this is to be spent?

It was a great tactical move to pull the club from the stock exchange as now no one will know how the business side of the club is run. You can argue that it is none of a fans business what happens with the money, but if it effects the club it certainly is.

I am fed up with Levy's Ebay mentality (last minute bidding) in that if a deal is too high just wait to the last day to sort it, which is to the detriment of the squad as there is no time to settle and get used to each others play.

Eitherway we must press on and wait to see what comes out next, but I do not think it will be that Spurs have signed M'Vila, I expect to hear that Adebayor has been signed (although we are in no rush with this as Ade does not need to settle in).
