Finally all signed!

For me I am and have always been concerned on the issue of WHERE Tottenham will play for a minimum of a season whilst development takes place?

The options available are:

Wembley

Twickenham

Stadium MK

Upton Park

Olympic Stadium

Firstly the last 2 options will NEVER happen (let's clear that up straight away). West Ham and Spurs have too much bad blood between them to ground share or for Tottenham to use the then vacant Upton Park.

Wembley have always stated that only 37 events a year (currently there are 33 a year). It would be a very difficult stance to change (West Ham were already rejected).

This leaves 2 viable options. Stadium MK is 55 miles away (so attendance could be affected), but can only allow an attendance of 22,000. For me this option makes the least sense of them all. So Twickenham is of course my option. Although it is known to be the home of Rugby, but being in London and a capacity of 82,000 it would allow huge revenues for the season required. Chelsea have already made enquiries so this could make the issue very difficult.

What I don't understand though is why none of this has been sorted? Before agreeing to develop you must have your fall back in place (along with further reserve). All those involved in allowing it to come this far without another ground should be kindly shown the door.

It makes less sense than asking West Ham to ground share. It’s so stupid in fact you have to laugh in disbelief.

Considering who we have in charge of the club you really would have thought Lewis & Co would have had the intelligence to give this the time required, but no it's like this is an afterthought. Maybe they hope that they can force something through by leaving it till the last minute?

Either way its good that’s it's been passed, but it’s all far from over!
