How does Sherwood still think he's the boss?has too many excuses

You judge a manager on his skill set and his record. Aw in ratio of 60%, but again in HOW MANY GAMES TIM! You cannot judge yourself against maangers that have been there for 2 season!

As far as I am concerned he is another Christian Gross. A manager that doesn't have a clue in how to organise a team and had been exceptionally lucky with the results. It is not down to his tactics as they are questionable at best.

How many managers refuse to watch back video's to learn something from their mistakes? How many of the best managers will openly critisise an entire squad? How many managers take on a squad refuse to sign anyone and then moan that it's not his squad?

It's excuse after excuse. He said that we need to judge him on his performance as a manager, now he expects for us to wait until he has his own squad next season.

Well I'm sorry but I have had enough of his excuses and mistakes and I for one cannot wait until he is given his P45. Anyone could have got a win percentage of 60% through luck, but it takes a true tactician to get it through building a squad that works together.

I would have happily had Sherwood around for longer if he took responsibilty for all his mistakes, but he refuses to address them and worse learn from them

I would love to get in to prove a point as would any fan, but what Tim needs to be reminded of is this is a TEAM sport. You have your spine that runs through the team and that you have to rely on. You have your work horses, your creators, your captains, your tacklers and your scorers. Tim hasn't got a clue of who his spine is let alone who his key individuals and what their best qualities are as he has failed to find out what they are.

Ok the likes of Kaboul has been average at best since his return, Jan's form is half of last season and still we have problems with our outside defenders (oh but we don't need to buy anyone new do we Tim).

We have spent a lot in midfield and up front, we have a great golakeeper and now we are again in desperate need of a reliable defender to pull the whole back four together. We have all seen that Dawson looks and plays well with a partner of better quality. Then with 2 centre backs performing well and leading form the back the midfield can then begin to do their job and push on.

Yes the squad has many issues that can be used as a scapegoat, but when has Tim addressed those issues?

Get him out and get someone in that understands how to build a team from what you have!
