It is said that a deal of £10 million has been agreed. But this deal confuses me beyond the point of stupidity unless there is a deal lined up for a talented defensive midfielder.
Paulinho failed at Tottenham and did not warrant a souble figure fee, so how is it that both players have seemed twice the player but only demand the same figure for both??
I hope there is a plan as Spurs have missed some big signings already and the window has only just opened.
