Athletic Bilao 's president Josu Urrutia has confirmed that Llorente has made his mind up to leave, but has also made it clear that they will not allow him to leave for less than his release clause. Much like Arsenal on RVP they are not willing to let their star player leave on the cheap.
As previously reported it is unlikely at this stage that he could be a genuine target for Spurs with the likes of Juventus and both sides of Manchester sniffing around him (and rightly so).
The chance for signing Llorente to Spurs was last season, with huge clubs now enquiring our opportunity has gone.
With such a talent becoming available it is likely to free up other targets such as Rossi (a target of Juventus), Remi (a target for City) and of cause the popular Damiao (under demand form Europes largest clubs).
Do not imagine that I do not believe in the club (and what it is capable), I believe that these players do not (which is why we miss out on them). If we have a chance I would snap him up at that price and cut the competition out (in my dreams).
